When everyone else was going to The Fort to watch Rihanna and Chris Brown, we were off to the other side of town to watch the great virtuoso violinist Jeremy Dadap who happens to be our cousin. Ok, he is my husband’s cousin which makes him my cousin.

Yeah, who would have thought I would be related to musically-inclined people?

My son loves the playground so much that he does not care even if the slide is not clean. This was taken just after it rained. It was still drizzling, but the kid did not mind the drops and the mud.

We usually frequent this landmark because my son loves the fountain. Whenever you ask him where he wants to go, he would say, “fountain!” and “playground!”

This is my entry for the Weekend Snapshot.

Since our son has colds, we went to the bay for some sea breeze (never mind the pollution). This is my weekend snapshot.

We live near this mall but it was the first time that we actually visited it. My son was, as always, captivated by the fountain which could be found at the center of the mall. I hope to visit it again sometime soon

For the weekend snapshot, my entry is about a certain conversation i had with my son last Friday.

Me : Baby, what is this?
Baby : Tweeeeee!!!!
Me : Very good!

And so we went over the other blocks. After a while, i held the same block to him and had this discussion:

Me : Baby, what is this?
Baby : Em!!!!
Me : What???!!! No, baby. What is this?
Baby : Em!!!

And then i saw that i was holding the block like this —

And best of all, he enjoyed the outing!

We went to the mall last weekend. But this time, i will not feature it for the weekend snapshots.

On Sunday morning, we decided to cook in. And on our way to get our ingredients, we passed this by:

We looked at some of their goods:

And thought hard if we should ask them to cook it for us.

But hubby was so keen on cooking.

And so we had shrimp in butter garlic sauce…

And Fried Salmon…
And to top it off, we had Royce chocolates for desserts.

Last Saturday, we went to Market! Market! which is a mall in Fort Bonifacio.

After attending our Sunday service, we went to another strip in Fort Bonifacio where children usually frequent - Bonifacio High Street.

My son said that he ‘joy the place and answered “yeah” when asked if he wants to go back some other time.
